Government is moving steadily toward its fiscal targets and is looking for feedback from Islanders into the 2014-2015 provincial budget, says Finance, Energy and Municipal Affairs Minister Wes Sheridan.  “There are always great discussions at our pre-budget consultation roundtables,” said Minister Sheridan. “We want to continue the conversation around the best ways to reach a balanced budget.

Are we allocating funding to programs and services in a way that is aligned with the priorities of Islanders? Are there ways to save? If taxes were reduced, how would we offset the increased deficit?
